| Macroscopic QCD and QGP |

The macroscopic QCD equations are proposed. They take into account the
collective response of the quark-gluon medium to the parton currents
traversing it. These currents induce the emission of Cherenkov gluons,
the wake effect and the transition radiation. Comparison with experiment
reveals quite large value of the chromopermittivity of the medium.
The dispersion equations show that the proper modes of the medium
develop instability |
