VECC has been involved in the design and development of 650 MHz, beta 0.61, superconducting RF cavity, which is a part of R&D activities under Indian Institutions Fermilab Collaboration (IIFC) and also for accelerator programmes of DAE as well. In this talk, the design, development and cold testing of single-cell niobium cavity at 2K will be discussed. Also the design status of 5-cell SRF cavity will be discussed. |
