Variable Energy Cyclotron Centre (VECC)

VECC has negotiated special conference discount room rates for SCRIBE-2014 in some hotels near the workshop venue. These rates will be available for the delegates' stay from 24-28 Nov, 2014.

Charges are to be borne by the occupants as per the hotel rates & their terms and conditions. VECC is not responsible for any type of payment related dispute whatsoever.

Students and post-docs may approach the Convenor SCRIBE-2014 if they need accommodation in Guest Houses (mostly twin sharing) with relatively lower cost.

VECC will arrange pick-up from hotel/guest house to/from workshop venue.
