• Reservations can be made in the respective hotels by sending an email, mentioning "FIG15-Delegate" at the subject-line for booking the particular type of room. Choice and responsibility of booking / reservation of accommodation in any of the selected hotels or elsewhere lies with the individual.
• After booking, please inform the Convener at fig15@vecc.gov.in with “Accommodation” as subject line of the mail for logistic purpose.
