List of Hotels recommended for SCRIBE2012 at VECC: Instructions (1) We have negotiated special conference discount for SCRIBE2012 in these hotels. These rates will be available for the delegates' stay from 5-10 Nov, 2012. (2) The delegates are requested to book the room individually mentioning “VECC-SCRIBE2012” through e-mail or FAX to individual hotels. Once you have made the confirmed booking please send us the information by e-mail to : scribe2012@vecc.gov.in (3) Charges are to be borne by the occupants as per the hotel rates & their terms and conditions. VECC is not responsible for any type of payment related dispute whatsoever. (4) Students and post-docs may approach the organiser at e-mail: scribe2012@vecc.gov.in for booking accommodation in Guest Houses (single/twin sharing basis) with relatively lower cost. (5) Transport facility for pick-up and drop will be arranged between hotels/guest houses to/from VECC for the VECC recommended hotels and guest houses.
